The horse beat Aspire Tower, and it was only the 2nd race it was running and the horse still won with little experience. And what was impressive was that it was still strongly running on after the finish. I know the horse won because Goshen fell at the last, but still I thought it was impressive how Burning Victory still came from the back too to win at the festival last year. I've even had a little punt on it E/W at 50/1 on skybet. The only 2 horses I seem to be looking at for the champion hurdle is Saldier and Burning Victory. If Saldier does run and is fit this year it has a chance but so does Burning Victory and it seems to be the forgotten horse and I know Mullins said the horse may run in the Mares hurdle, but that may change I think and its worth a punt at 50/1 at this stage as the form is looking solid from Aspire Tower.
Her Triumph win, was a very impressive staying performance, the way she came up the hill.
Whilst I appreciate it's Willie, so anything can happen, the extra distance looks so likely to suit I'd be amazed if the Mares wasn't the plan.

What an odd time to knock the horse - I don't think you'd have posted that if he wasn't trained by Elliott. *tin hat on*
The big giveaway about Abacadabras last weekend is how the ears go in the last half furlong. That is not a horse that will give his all to win.

I'm always surprised when people get excited about 5 year olds for this race.
Obviously not saying they can't win, but I usually start by ruling them out and have to be dramatically proven wrong to reconsider

Be handy if he was going for the County Hurdle
Davy Russell is about as good as anyone could hope for in the saddle and you'd (I'll) hope between them all they work out exactly what he needs to get the best out of him.
He's still a player but definitely easy to see why people wouldn't want him onside, especially at the price.

I'm amazed at how many gallops judges we have, I've never ever heard it mentioned before.
This catching pigeons on the gallops stuff is the worst part of horse racing. Can't get 'Arry Redknapp out of my had saying "burnin' up the gallops"
Feck off Harry.

Just too much being made of it, back to work now, and mentioned it elsewhere so I'll pick it up later when I've been slammed for not getting turned on by a piece of work. (Do we know the weights they carried/jockeys/times etc?)
