Thanks for sharing this info Q (hope you get your money back!) and others as is very interesting. One thing I found of interest is the fact that it shows your log in IP addresses. I thought by using 4G I didn’t have one so that was a surprise. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Betfair security must be improving as I can’t log in from my device on my friends account and I definitely have the right details as wanted to see what IP address would show up. Not sure any other bookie shows them?

Yep, First time I've noticed the list of login attempts and IP addresses. Can't say I've seen this on any other bookmaker.

I'll update when they come back to me on any refund news ?

I had the same happen back in 2017 - some random bets were made on basketball exchange markets. Thankfully refunded but as per T&Cs they are not obligated to do so (see email I received below). I think my Outlook account may have been hacked, since I changed to Gmail I've not had any issue.

A few questions I've been pondering, don't know if anyone's got a view:

1. What will Willie do with Aramon next season. He'll be 8 next year so if he's ever going to go chasing it's presumably got to be now or never.

2. Same question really. What will Gordon do with Aramax? Thought the way he stayed on up thee hill to win the FW off 11st 8lb was pretty decent.

3. If Klassical Dream is fit again and also goes chasing you could have these 3 Festival winners up against Shishkin in the Arkle which would be some race.
KD is currently best price 25-1 for the Arkle and Shishkin is 4-1. The other two aren't quoted. What would be the likely SPs of this quartet if they all lined up for the Arkle?

1) Same route to a County hurdle looks fair enough to me. I backed him in the county and whilst he wouldn’t have beaten the winner, he’d have definitely been closer with a better run from where he came from. Got stuck in traffic twice if I remembered rightly from up in the stands.

2) No idea but a Fred winter winner very rarely goes on to be grade 1 quality the following season.

3) I’d go something like:
Shishkin 4/6
Klassical Dream 7/2
Aramon 16/1
Aramax 33/1


Obviously that would depend on horses like Darver Star and Pic D’Orhy lining up too

1) Agree with MoM County hurdle would be the logical place for him to go.

2) Could see Aramax step up in trip and go for the coral cup next year

3) There are a lot of question marks for me regarding Klassical Dream at 2 miles. I would be more interested in him as a Marsh horse.

It’ll be so hard for Aramon to win a County next year having run so well this year.
To get done by a novice (who the ‘capper clearly got wrong) Aramon beat the rest so his UK mark will rise 5/6lb or more, he’ll be doing all his racing in Ireland next season so won’t be able to get that mark down.
I fear his festival opportunity has gone...
