Wouldnt you be worried about his jumping on the old course in the BANC
Also, feel Willie will keep him over middle distance unless otherwise. Too many questions to be taking him for the BANC
Willie just confirms he is going to have to reevaluate the trip he’s going now. Mentioned it could be 2-2.5 for him now. Said he was ‘gobsmacked’ with GW performance
Also says he was very impressed with Klassical Dreams jumping
GW has a high cruising speed and jumped right a bit but that was impressive. I cant see them being in a massive rush to step him up to 3m given he's just laughed at some fairly decent rivals over 2m3f. Can totally see why he's nearly fav for the turners.
He was just very fresh & fizzy today, he was on his toes in the pre parade ring for a good 15mins. He’ll be more relaxed next time out. Jumped like a stayer for me. He wasn’t winging fences like Galopin did as a novice!

He even took Willie by surprise Sean, big rethink with his target he says
Limerick xmas mentioned as he didn't want to go leopards with him (think more to do with keeping them apart he mentioned)
For all that he jumped well etc... It was exactly what he did to inferior opposition at the beginning of his hurdles season last season. It still ended up with him 2nd at the festival again.

To a much much superior horse though COD, do we have an IEP this year in say the Turners? Already weakened by both Iroko and Good Land being out, champ kiely staying hurdling, vega now arkle, ITP could easily still be arkle bound. LBCAI wouldnt have the ability imo, corbetts is a wardrobe, hermes not for me
