Looks a very good jumper and the trip suits, 14/1 is very fair at this stage.

They were tempted to skip the mares novice hurdle last season and go for the mares hurdle because she needs two and a half miles. They resisted in the end, but we’ll see a much better horse in the mares chase over her correct trip and over fences. She’s a player, and not to be ignored.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Roseys Hollow entered up at Naas next Thursday, I think she could be up to putting her name in the hat for this race, she’s good form in beating some good ones in the Solerina last year, is well bred for fences & doesn’t like size or scope, 33/1 added in a single & double!

Is Silver Forever of interest here? She runs tomorrow in a Mares Chase at Newbury and really should be winning that which will likely see the 20s / 25s disappear. On weight adjusted ratings for tomorrow she's:
4lbs clear of Chilli Filli
12lbs clear of Momella
11lbs clear of Legends Gold and Win My Wings
8lbs clear of Casablanca Mix
5lbs clear of Bridge Native
18lbs clear of Hawthorn Cottage
In addition to the ratings advantage, she has the most possible upside in the field with only one chase start, 6 over obstacles and 10 in all. I was impressed with the chase debut when dispatching of Imperial Alcazar fairly comfortably and a repeat of that would be enough tomorrow I think.
She easily beat Annie Mc in her point so chasing should be the game and if they can keep her sound (reasonable question mark there), she has a fair amount of potential to be a player here for me.
I might do a double on her to win the Mares Chase alongside the SP favourite of the race tomorrow. It's obviously a related double but usually can get away with it and I don't see how she doesn't go off favourite tomorrow.
Nicholls' stable tour mentioned that she's high class and he could run her here but wouldn't be averse to running her against the geldings with the 7lbs allowance. That seems fanciful given the respective depth of each race and I'd be inclined to think that 2m4 on the New Course would suit better than 3m on the Old even if he was thinking of the longer distance. He did end the quote saying that 'ultimately the Mares Chase could be her race'.
