      • Looking for an angle on this from a betting perspective and notice 365 have w/o CH market and paying 3 places each way NRNB. Only 7 runners turned up last year inc. CH. Of the list who do we think will line up?
        CH
        State Man
        Impaire Est Passe?
        Bob O
        Vauban? Lossiemouth?
        Not So Sleepy

Looking at Bob 11/2 your getting about even money in this market w/o CH to place. So really only needs top 4 when CH will be there. Think i've gone mad but could Not So Sleepy to nick 4th place at 25/1 could be a decent go for small stakes.

When you look at the potential field above, I can see Lossiemouth taking her chance in the race. Why not ? Willie has Gala Marceau in the Mares Hurdle so could they potentially split the two ? It has been said also that Lossiemouth could be a potential non Stayer.

Had a nice bet last year on Zanahiyr W/O, might look to repeat that with 33s NRNB on offer

              • The fact that Zanahiyr isn't entered at the DRF would worry me, but that's what nrnb is for. Scanning through the list and there might only be 5 or 6 runners. The filthy ew would be Impaire Et Passe. Very impressive at Cheltenham last year and him and State Man are by far the most talented of the rest. If State Man tries to win it, I could see IEP given a patient ride and picking up the pieces into 2nd. Of the rest, Pied Piper at 33s would be the most interesting to me. Has the DRF entry and goes well at Cheltenham.

                Likely field at this stage
                Conny
                State Man
                Impaire Et Passe
                Not so sleepy
                Pied Piper
                ??

I've been looking at her. 10/1 with 365 in the w/o market, this is NRNB too.

I keep coming back to her and think should I back her for it but can't bring myself to do it. I can see her taking up the Irish Champion entry though with the other two supposedly going to Doncaster. It looks a perfect prep for her. If she were to go and run well in it who knows !!

Yep, why not ? He'd meet C Hill at Aintree as well and we know Cheltenham suits him well.

No reason why he wouldn't, was just wondering what people's thoughts were as I'm tempted to back him without the hill, nrnb obviously.

Looks a fair bet to nothing to be honest. Not sure how much I fancy him to win though against State Man ...

I've backed him EW when he was 50's. Such a Festival legend I couldn't resist. Would love to see him swinging away rounding the bottom bend.

                                ….40-1 with PP DRF/CH.
