as for the mares novice I think jetara would have been just as inconvenienced by the slow pace as ashroe today, if not more. Ashroe was held up off the pace but didn’t look the strongest finisher in the bond, so a sprint could have been right up her street. Jetara doesn’t look short of stamina, as alluded to by her trainer, with the 5lb penalty taken into account I think the price difference is too big between those two.Last edited by riccirich; 28 January 2023, 08:05 PM.
