Wonder how many he'll send to Cheltenham, and if any will solely be kept back got the Easter Grade 1 at Fairyhouse - ot they run in both.

He should send one if not two good enough to be competitive in March
Also Gordon loves sending a mare to a handicap. He's got 3 runs into Harmonya and Liberty nice and early ... one more and they'd be qualified.

Could go to the DRF mares handicap. I'd like to see The Model Kingdom in that.

      • Added Harmonya Maker @ 22. Plenty of mares novice winners take in Fairyhouse along the way and her RPR on her last run was 142. As a guide thats very good and she's clearly progressing and improving. Would be nice to have a blemish free CV, but I can see her winning or going close in the Solerina and going off single figures.

Any interest in Saylavee that beat her before Christmas? 16s?

Personally I’d want the safety net of nrnb with her as she looks tailor made for the Fairyhouse race and prefers soft ground....I do like her though. She may do both ...Laurina did ...

I might have to add - thought Saylavee was 14's but 22's on the exchange seems fair given that form line. Could take a big step forward like HM too, just hasn't yet.

              • As Magical Zoe beat Saylavee just under 6 lengths, surely the form of that win has been franked well with Saylavee and then Hormonya Maker winning so well. Although I do appreciate its not as simple as saying x beat x who then beat x who won well etc but it does seem to point to that Magical Zoe win being strong form. Also Nikini in 2nd only beaten a length giving away 4lb. Could possibly be a good one for Mullins.

                From Magical Zoe's win:
The 3rd won next time out
5th in Sayalavee won beating Hormonya Maker who then franked that form well.
6th Liberty Dance has won twice since

                Magical Zoe 10s
                Nikini 25s

Yeah of course, working out how fit horses were each day, whether the ground and trip suited them, how well they got over the obstacles, pace of the race.... all factors and plenty more as we know!

To be perfectly honest, my general thought on form lines like that, is none stand out so look for a different form line

                  • Im just thinking that the strongest mares novice form maybe ashroe diamond. Will she place in the 2m novice at the DRF and go to Cheltenham penalty free?
might be an alternative than going solerina

She wasn't even off in the RB, held up out the back running on late to maintain 130 ish levels of ratings. She will be entered in all sorts of hcap too you'd imagine given they can't give her anymore than 135/6. Interesting one to monitor.

Are the rules different over the water ? Do they go until the end of May not April like they do in Eng?
