As well as Stage Star jumped, my first thought was that he would have no chance in the Turners based on the proximity of Datsalrightgino. I would agree on there being at least 3 better Irish horses.

Was there today and Stage Star was hugely impressive. Jumped brilliantly and never off the bridal in a decent race. I was very impressed. He's a player in whatever race he goes in. Turners would be my guess.

Don't agree COD. I'd have him over Harry any day. His jumping was immaculate today and he won with his head in his chest off 12 stone which is rarely seen. He really impressed me and I couldn't resist backing him afterwards. Hope Nicholls sees sense and sends him down that route. If so, he's my winner.
