        • The 1pm race at Punchestown on Saturday looks strange to view as a race card. 3 runners, all Gordon Elliott, all Gigginstown, Stellar Story sporting the 3rd colours but with Jack Kennedy on top.

Fingers crossed Fastorslow wins and Brasil uses the winnings to supplement him for the KG

No surprise to see SOA start off over that trip. Tricky little race with Argento Boy in there and The Big Westerner could be decent too.

Yeshill also up against one from Willie in Kirsca De Thaix who cost a few quid and has a decent page.

                    • Everything appears in Fastorslow favour. Expect him to win. Doubt it'll affect the GC market at all though. If however either F2F or Galopin win then watch out !

What price is Galopin to win ?
I'll lay double whatever those odds are....

Everything in his favour except coming up against Fact To File!

                          • Looking forward to seeing how Grangeclare West gets on against that lot. I think he is top tier. Will find out more on Sunday

                            • That John Durkin will be better quality than any other 2 and a half mile chase ran anywhere this season.

I'm hoping Fact to File has enough to win it. Interesting to see how they ride Galopin. Will they be aggressive or put him in behind?

With FTF, Spillane's Tower, Inothewayurthinkin and Grangeclare West, you're only missing Gaelic Warrior and you've got the best novice chasers from last year in one race IMO.

Will he appreciate 2 1/2m at Punch more than FOS? He'll surely be behind him fitness wise as well ? End game is GC so he'll not be fully wound up.
