Wagwan is a way to say What's going on? in Jamaican English, used throughout the Jamaican diaspora (or where Jamaican people live outside of Jamaica), especially in South London
......and I thought "What's Going On" was a Marvin Gaye thing"Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Is 12/1 still a play ?
But it depends on how you bet.
I’ve backed him like this:
Two e/w doubles
Three Striped Life & Constitutional Hill – 34/1
Three Striped Life & Honey Suckle – 57/1
Most my bets are e/w doubles when the odds are over 20/1 and I look for a return of about ?500
If I backed Three Striped Life e/w single it would cost me about ?62.00, so I have backed him in two e/w doubles for two horses who I believe if all goes well, 1 will certainly win and 1 has a great chance of placing. To back both like this it cost me only ?42.00, compared to ?62.00 saving ?20.00 and I believe I have him covered better like this.Last edited by Maxfield; 28 July 2022, 01:19 PM.

I can see three stripe life winning his novice chase at down royal at long odds on and being slashed to 5s/6s
whether he remains that low after is a different question as the mullins battalions will be waiting and it is unlikely he gets to Cheltenham unbeaten unless he improves a good bit for fences

Is 12/1 still a play ?Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Really excited to follow An Tobar this year. The form of his PTP win has worked out really well and he's certainly an exciting prospect - although everyone knows about him now.
Ballymore would look the obvious target and reckon 20/1 is still very fair. Fingers crossed he trains on and makes into a top novice hurdler!

….Ten to Follow from the P2P campaign;

Unsurprising to see a number of these already highlighted on here, including An Tobar, Barry the Butcher & Kudasheva. Bit of a guess which trainer these are being sent to or whether a Bumper or Hurdles campaign is planned, but I suppose that’s part of the fun.Last edited by Eggs; 12 August 2022, 10:32 AM.
