….well, Many Clouds posted elsewhere that he’d had information from a reliable source that JWM is heading here & Gerri to the Bally. I suspect PP are getting similar detail.

I wouldn't be put off by that run. You'd want him to settle better, but on Spring ground, I think I'd aim him here. Most 20's, SkyBet 25's, but 365 are 33's. As always 365 have pushed the price out on a hype horse following defeat to, I assume, minimise cash out. I'm happy to chance the 33's only having him in a small multiple otherwise.

Dont get me wrong, like many im heavily invested in JWM for the Bartlett so hoping he goes there, but PP clipping him from 8s to 7s whilst clipping many other horses for the festival at the same time is surely just a liability adjustment.

Hardly doing cartwheels about the performance.

Journey With Me has become a complicated horse for me. Almost all my bets have him for the Bartlett, but I have one roll up with him in the Ballymore and a double with him in the BM + Facile Vega. I really want to cash both of these bets because it'd give me a nice 11pt profit which I'd rather not let go, but then... if he runs in the Ballymore...
Antepost betting eh?

I've not taken any chances with JWM. Got on early singles for both races and used scattergun approach in both races in numerous doubles with other fancied horses. I still wouldn't be certain where he'll end up. Hopefully not the Supreme!!!

Clearly had issues as only had one run over hurdles in the good 2m 4f maiden at Leopardstown"s Christmas meeting in 2020. He finished 3rd behind Stattler (in front of Lifetime Ambition) running on having never been put into the race at any stage.
Would expect him to win on Saturday and could see him being a live outsider for this.

Added Hi Ho Phoenix- 25-1 , earlier this week to my A.B List .
I was very impressed by the way he won at Fairyhouse in december . In his maiden hurdle over 2m 7 f.
A race won by none other than Monkfish 2 years ago ., and several other useful types .
Probably going to need a couple more runs to be a bartlett candidate , but with Willie M. , so who knows ??.

I cashed my Mr Glass bet for the Bartlett this morning when it dawned on me he was racing in the Tolworth. He didn’t have the pace for 2 mile (Constitutional Hill was very impressive though) so maybe this race is once again a possibility. Shame his trainer has an allergic reaction to Prestbury Park but hopefully the owners will lean on him and send him to this race
