2022 Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle

Would love to see a more ambitious approach with O'Toole. Cheltenham novice hurdles didn't harm the chasing prospects of the likes of Monkfish, Minella Indo, Allaho etc. Would have thought the experience of an A.Bartlett in particular would be useful for a horse with future Gold Cup aspirations.

I can see why Gordon hadn’t been committed in the post race interviews.
I believe there was a seriously strong head wind at Naas, which would indicate a good staying performance by Ginto imo. The time didn’t seem too quick either so I wouldn’t be too sold on him going to the Ballymore just yet.
