I think TMSG will win and main rival for me is Royal Kahala if she goes, but am looking around for over-priced ones for the book and this strikes me as an opportunity....
Was one of the highly-rated Willie ones last season are good summer campaign, but was injured and missed festival
Comeback run was good behind Royal Kahala and finished very strong after patient ride (bodes well for hill)......and still achieving 145 PPR and is a very unexposed 6-year old who could progress
Looking at best RPRs of other key ones...
Most likely can progress..
TMSG - 154
RH - 151
Martello Sky - 142
Burn Vic - 141
Queens Broo- 136
More exposed...
Stormy - 152
HHU - 148
All above are shorter prices...and FE has had only 6 lifetime runs trained by the Mares genius
Prob not an EW play till NRNB, but one of more interesting longer-priced ones

Her best PRP is 136....so more than a stone to find with TMSG and few others
Could improve and one i will look at on day maybe.....but at the moment, one i have ignored (maybe at my peril)Fat Jockey Patron (est. Jan 2021)

Hennessy confirming Mares is target for Heaven Help Us (Sporting Life)
“So, I am certain she will go for the Mares’ Hurdle at Cheltenham now, as she would have to carry nearly top-weight in the Coral Cup.
“She ran very well in that graded race at Leopardstown and while the weights suited her slightly in that, I don’t think a couple of pounds either way would have made much odds.”

….after her last run/win, Elliott said she’s a very difficult mare to get fit. She was very burly on that occasion yet jumped very slickly. Elliott said afterwards he’d run her too soon (after her previous run) but it was too good an opportunity to miss. He said he was tempted to now put her in a handicap, which I suspect might be the Nares Handicap at DRF.

I am after the 34 place value, not a win bet.

Royal Kahala heavily cut for this after today's win. Ignoring the misfiring favourite who ran well below form and the victory doesn't look anything special. For me all it shows is that RK can perform to a similar level at 3 miles cw her form over 2m4f. I don't think she will have advanced her peak RPR today and take the result as another positive for Telmesomethinggirl (and Heaven Help Us). With the chance of Royal Kahala skipping the fez if it's not soft or even running in the Stayers (which would be a daft decision IMO) I'm happy to keep topping up on Telmesomethinggirl after that.
It's worth bearing in mind that RK was comprehensively outpointed by Telmesomethinggirl at Cheltenham on the likely good-soft ground last March.

Firstly, the Mares Hurdle is over an extra 3 furlongs which will benefit Royal Kahala. She's now unbeaten in 3 races over 2m 4f or further.
Secondly, they held up Royal Kahala out the back at last year's Festival - and with the benefit of hindsight that was a big mistake as stamina is very much her strong suit.
This season she has raced much closer to the pace which makes her much more of a weapon.
But all of the above may be academic.
When they sit down and think about it I wouldn't be surprised if she has a crack at the Stayers Hurdle because imho she's a better horse at 3 miles than two-and-a-half.
Klassical Dream did fade tamely in the straight today but Royal Kahala seemed very comfortable travelling at that pace - while all the others began to feel the pinch either before or as they turned in.
Even though the other placed horses don't look special in form terms I'd rate that a career best today.
Tempted to take the 8-1 nrnb for the Stayers but haven't yet pulled the trigger. Probably not quite tempted enough even though I don't have a bet in the race.
Almost tempted to throw some cash at Champ without the Irish at 6-4 but it's not my kind of bet. Reckon that would be the way to the poor house for me.
