Fair points. Although yet to see AI and BL looked a better jumper than FH for me.
Early days for the The 2 we’ve seen though.

Yep, there's just always an overreaction to the most recent performance, if/when we do see Appreciate It and he impresses he'll shorten.
Same half an hour later, Stattler wins well and now 6/1 for the NH CHase....

      • Not too difficult either to pick up easy races at the moment. We really are in the underwhelming pre Christmas December racing programme.

With that in mind, it does make me wonder that AI not entered In any of them.

I'd say Mullins is bringing all his battalions out, on their own, to see how they go. All part of their assessment. He's been held up by 2/3 weeks though with the dry ground. Some are just going to have to turn up first time during Christmas, rather than 2/3 weeks beforehand. As for AI, I wouldn't be unduly worried yet.

            • Decent from Blue Lord. Looks like he'll make a better chaser than Hurdler.

….Blue Lord a best price 20-1 for this but it is available at 33-1 in Hills ‘Specials’ section for anybody who is interested.

Owners have said the plan is to start in a chase at christmas, so guess it been discussed & planned.
Given the size of the horse you wouldn't imagine just waiting for it to be softer

                  • For those that like Blue Lord, it might be tight enough timewise but Betvictor have left him 25s for xmas, powers/bf gone 8/1.

33s also with Ladbrokes/Coral for the Marsh. Willie sending three to the Arkle is wishful thinking

Townend did say before riding today that he might be one that steps up in trip as the season goes on.

If they can get him to calm down, he could really improve this year.

…PP offer only 14-1 in both their Arkle and Marsh markets. They don’t seem to know a target but were clearly more impressed than others.

12-1 with Hills TWAR, 8-1 Sky.

                            • I think blue lord will be the stable number two in the Arkle.
20/1 ew is more than fair
