As you know I have had problems for months. Bet 365 have escalated (their word) within their technical dept. I had not heard anything so rang them and was told they are still investigating. Advised to use my computer rather than mobile. Still occasionally have problems on that. I get the impression they have washed their hands of me!
I DM'd you. The only way I've got this to work is through the app. It's not working on the Desktop though.
