      Keeping that
      Can absorb the loss

Knowing Willie doesn't make the final call made me regret it a little but then it's not like if we got the the actual race market Kaid D'Authie is going to be a ridiculous price if declared that I couldn't save myself

In theory that'd be true in the Turners too on the back of the defeat, but smaller stake

Already 80's on betfair for supreme
        That was my thought process.

          • If Kaid goes Turners does that mean my Kawaboomga 100/1 Supreme slip is back in play ??

Willie mentioned both races in his update, who knows what JP and Frank say. You've been around longer than me, when was the last time JP actually won the supreme or the turners?

He's getting on in years now, he'd probably like to see another one before the inevitable. Might explain the purchase of The New Lion

He's won the Turners much more recently but the Supreme used to be his baby. He'll not be winning it this year either though.

                    • With the old, never be scared of 1....

Kawaboomga's 2nd to Kopek Des Bordes over 2m actually looks rock solid doesn't it?

                      What else have we seen?

                      • Just with the quotes on Salvator Mundi and Kopek Des Bordes and Final Demand

Isn't it mad that, Willie has pretty much told us where these 3 novices go.... and we still not 'had it off' .... I know it's after the DRF

but when do we ever really get him actually saying where they're going?!

He has with all 3 ... and we're still finding reasons to whinge

Got to be a price thing now, plus the fact every man and his dog wanted them to be split differently

                          • So Willie says Final Demand will not go Albert as you need an experienced horse on the go from early in the season to go to the race as it's brutal.

Who does he have that fits that profile?

I remember he told us Sir Gerhard was going to the Ballymore in preseason stable tours and we all acted shocked when he didn't go to the Supreme

They come out with some nonsense don’t they at times?

Sent Allaho as a 5 year old (FD is 6) who had also had 3 lifetime starts
