Got a load of Willie's horses in and around him in price that haven't been seen yet.
Mighty Bandit put in a, visually, very good performance on debut. He's a horse who had never seen a racecourse before with a prep that, by the sounds it, wasn't ideal. He's fairly hammered the field, quickening up seriously well to go clear of a 93 rated flat horse like he was massively inferior, and a 79 rated flat horse in 3rd, who ended up 17 lengths behind.
His time that day was very favourable compared with State Man too, plus his finishing speed was slightly better on my clock.
Simon Rowlands backed up the performance on the clock too, and has him just 3lbs behind Nurburgring who has 3 hurdles races under his belt and 6 flat races as well, so plenty of experience. He's only 5lbs behind Burdett Road too, but again, that one has had two hurdles races and 7 flat races under his belt.
Some other horses in behind had form behind Wodhooh, beaten further by Mighty Bandit. All this and as I've already said, it was the first ever time Mighty Bandit had seen a racecourse in public.
I feel like there's plenty still to come from him.

We will keep banging the drum COD. Will be favourite when he wins the Knight Frank.

Haha I can understand why some are hesitant. Willie has so many to come out and any number of them could look useful, but on what we've seen this lad looks to have a fair bit about him.
I remember very clearly Jack Kennedy being asked after winning earlier on the card if he thought he had picked the 'right one' on the day Croke Park beat Search For Glory
Croke Park at 20/1 is a much better bet right now than Search For Glory at 20/1
I think Croke Park for the Albert Bartlett is a cracking price. He's been trimmed to 16s in a few places but even that is perfectly fair.

As Search for Glory is quite exposed it's a tenuous link but I'd agree.
I think Ile Atlantique got a better form boost today though and he's also 20-1. I'd plump Ballymore for him though.

I just took from the last day that he knew Croke Park was way better. I don't give Search For Glory much chance in the Bartlett again this year but Croke Park a notch above.
Definitely agree with Ile Atlantique - if we had the target he'd be close to fav
Throwing in a Mullins Leopardstown Christmas Yankee after querying a few days back that the great man may finally just be a mere mortal.
Dinoblue, Jade de Grugy, Fact to File, Galopin Des Champs, Ballyburn and Grangeclare West were the standouts to me. Dinoblue and GDC are left out due to the prices, but that leaves
Ballyburn – Ballymore Grangeclare West - BANC Fact to File - Turners Jade de Grugy – Mares Novices
I really liked Crambo's run in the Long Walk and think 10s is a very fair price. Who knows if Irish Point will run, doubts over Teahupoo at Cheltenham and the trip and obviously the French horse holds strong claims.
