Yep, agreed, believe Boomga goes supreme as well as Walsh best chance in supreme. Especially with JO having TNL in Turners. Best two chances of winning both races??
So basically ignoring trainer actually name checking the Turners for Kawa?
So a 3/1 split of Willies top 4 novices. If JP insists maybe the forum gets a last minute reprieve and Willie makes it 2/2 or even 2/1/1. I am not mentioning this in the novice hurdle thread and fwiw believe Kawa will run in the turners but accept if you are right about Kawa Willie will not want three of his top 4 in the same race. He has hamstrung himself with SM so he could well have bowled himself a googly here with all his post race comments and dogmatism. I wonder if JP is a little pissed right now with Willies post race ejaculaions.

They'll run the horse where they want to and tell Willy so.
Pretty sure all trainers of JP horses are generally told to be as tight lipped as possible, unless it's blatantly obvious.
Like I mentioned, if JP was more impressed with Final Demand, then this may sway his choice somewhat, but he might not have been.

Understood. My language was lazy as I realised you were open minded with regards his destination. I do think Willie has somewhat backed himself into a corner . Be fascinating to see where Kawa ends up.

Personally I think the only way Kopek goes Turners now is if Final Demand picks up an injury and even then I wouldn't be certain that it would happen.

I think you can write off any hope of final demand to the bartlett. Willie has said turners, owners have said turners and have two other horses for bartlett. Only person who would want him in the bartlett is townend, and I don't think that's important enough for trainer and owner to change their mind. And it's not as if there's a huge fave in the bartlett that could have a setback and lead to final demand switching race.
Kopek to turners I'd still say there's a chance though, but I think you really need final demand to miss cheltenham and leave the turners looking easier to win on paper than the supreme. Even at that I'm not sure he'd switch, as he's now the number one supreme hope and can be keen.
