I "THINK" that in most cases, NRNB are refunded for these races at 6 day decs (as there is still an opportunity to supplement)
* as unlikely as this is - if they've just been scratched....
From memory, Handicaps will be refunded at entry stage (if not entered) - as there is no supplementary stage (this will vary from bookie to bookie)
Can anyone else offer any further clarity?

UPDATE - MGM have already refunded NRNB on Arkle.... (So maybe I'm wrong...)

Yes very much up for doing the Naiad as usual this year. Obviously assuming Kev is happy to set us up.
Timing is very much about confirming the target race and the combination of leaving it as late as possible, while trying to do it before the price goes. The ideal is about two weeks beforehand, but sometimes my hand is forced and we have to do it sooner.
I'm working from shortlists at the moment, and trying to confirm running plans. The one I had at the top of my list I've been told won't go to the Festival at all, so it reiterates the need to get confirmation beforehand.

Willie has scratched IEP, C'est Ta Chance, and Mistergif today. All were potential rides for JJ Slevin. Unless I'm missing something, that leaves Jasmin De Vaux as the only double green horse in any novice hurdle or novice chase ... and he could well be Paul's pick. Historically, the double green have liked to run something in most races. This seems a slight change of tack and leaves JJ with little to ride for them as stable jockey.
