the game was free to watch on Skybet and genuinely Crewe should’ve won that. Battered them. In fact the bloke doing the game for Gillette Soccer Special went ‘1-0 to Gillingham here and it’s truly an amazing score line. Crewe have been battering the Gillingham goal without getting the breakthrough but Gillingham have scored with their first attack’.

from then on in, the next half hour was Crewe finding every new way to miss from 5 yards. Bonkers game and I can’t believe our luck.

Theres a special for PSG to win/Barca to bt Dynamo Kiev, Chelsea to bt Nantes & Biden to win. Only enhanced from 4s to 5. Not priced it up on other firms. Might interest some, though may have to wait a few weeks for Biden to be called winner

That's always the thing with roll ups isn't it - you may end up with a 100/1 roll up on something but when you add all the points staked getting there it actually ends up being a lot less! Still, good fun and nice telling everyone you have big odds!!

After a while I also start thinking that if you can't get a roll up going on to something maybe it's just not meant to be!!

About 4 points I think. As mentioned above, it's nice if they land the first time or 2nd but after a few attempts it would've been better to have backed straight away

Roll ups seem all well and good prvoided you end up ahead. To some it may not be a worthwhile method, others it may be hugely rewarding.

This is why I think it’s useful to record failed roll ups as lost points. Not recording them as lost is kidding your/ourselves is it not?

I do like them and use them and have recorded all of mine so far successful or not, sure I’m roughly 50% strike with them so far.

If failing 3/4 times to get a horse onside doesn’t seem worth it (depending how big the roll up of course).

It's a bit of both, some have paid off, getting Envoi Allen in at 22/1 at the first attempt is fantastic, on the flip side, throwing away 4 points on trying to get is a waste.
