I'm afraid that I haven't had time to catch up with the various podcasts yet, but will find some time to do this over the weekend - I've got to say that they're a great idea, and fair play to all involved for having a) the vision and b) the guts to make it happen,
I saw that Nickle Back was in the vote in the latest one, and thought that some of you might be interested that I sent the trainer an email a few days ago to see if he's likely to be running again soon, as I'd seen that he'd previously been entered at Cheltenham and Plumpton but not declared, and wondered if she was able to share whether this was due to any setback, or the unseasonably firm ground. Sarah was good enough to come back to me and say that it was purely down to not wanting to risk him at this stage on faster ground, and that he was likely to be seen again around Christmas.
Hope this is of some reassurance to those looking for an entry, and I'll also pop this on the Ballymore thread.

Great Video this lads the analysis is unmatched, can see this format being very successful in the podcast/ video market as you guys give a unique perspective on selections with in depth reasonings. And hats off to the long shots provided as all views were explained very well for ‘unconsidered’ horses for the season. Hoping the prices last for the FJ forum also

Saxon Warrior , thanks for your post yesterday. You were absolutely right about connections hoping for a Christmas entry for Nickle Back, let's just hope it's not the Challow - if he gets entered in that the aim would have to be getting beaten by a nose, as the stats on winners of that following up in the Ballymore are shocking!

Great spot, and well done on your investigative work, and the trainers search for softer ground conditions.
Its a terrible race, with last years prize money a disgrace for a Grade 1 (I think the prize pot its better this year)"Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

As I said on the video, I thought that it may be that he is aimed at the Naas race..... so nice to hear that name checked!

He mentioned Christmas, but it may come too soon - I took that to mean the 2M7F Grade 2 at Limerick may be in his mind if the horse takes todays race well.
Gordon has a good hand on these staying novices at the moment, these two will be well supported wherever their next race is."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".
