  • 2020 Cheltenham Antepost Bets March Thread

    Brilliant racing this weekend.
    Loved it.
I'll be travelling over next year.
Fuck the rugby, Ireland should ensure they are away from home for this weekend, muggy twats.

    • The more I look at it the more I think Willie is an absolute certainty for the trainers title again! Yes I know he’s jolly but he’s just the best around. He’s not a million to have a 4-5 timer on the Tuesday. Asterion Forlonge, cash back, Saldier, Benie and Carefully Selected. Obviously not that easy but can see 3 of those winning. Then the day after he has Chacun Pour Soi, Allaho and Appreciate it all with big chances. Then the Thursday he has Min and Al Boum Photo for the gold cup on the Friday along with Monkfish in the potato race!

Chacun Pour Soi - Champion Chase 8/1
Paisley Park - Stayers Hurdle 7/2

£1.50 each way Yankee for £33 on these pays £4036.93
Was looking through the first few pages of this and saw some cracking bets. Vautour has some cracking doubles with Paisley park that look good at this stage.

Also found this bet of mine. Pleased with it for a small stake layout. With it in mind, does anyone know the extent of Klassical Dreams lameness the other day.

I've got pretty much that exact same bet. Wouldn't mind a heavy ground day 1

                • Got far too many multis that would be looking pretty good if it wasn't for KD's disappointing season. Will be more than happy if he just rocks up at this stage as can't cash any of them out

                  • Asked Bet365 for an any race price for Big Blue and they declined. Think they done the same to me for The Bosses Oscar

                      • 4 singles placed so far, the first 2 being a hat tip to the rest of the forum!

                        Column of Fire 20/1 M.Pipe
                        Mohaayed 50/1 County
                        Lamarckise 8/1 Mares Nov
Not Another Fuisse 36.75/1 Grand Annual

The 4th one runs today and I’ve had my eye on him all season as a handicap plot for the festival. Just looks the type.

I like Not That Fuisse, and hadn't seen the entry today.

I wasn't sure what his target would be come the festival as found is entry in the Caspian a bit strange, given he's a novice, they have a poor record in the race.

That went straight in the 'handicap cheat' section after his October run at Cheltenham and I assumed it was for a Grand Annual plot, however, he will struggle to get in on current ratings.
Perhaps Skelton has done too good a job at hiding the horses ability for a Grand Annual bid, but a Browns Advisory bid not out of the question...

Could win well today and go up a nice amount, 134 got in last season, but it would be cutting it fine.
