Triumph Hurdle 2019

Definitely got to take the bigger price.

I'm convinced a horse I cash out pre-cheltenham after disappointing, will pop up and win come March!

Always been a pessimist :heart-borken:

I have this fear too and have cashed out a lot of bets already!

I use Bet365 religiously, except for 'any race' bets as it's not market they offer.

I'm not sure. I'm trying to figure out how I can track that through the season.

The 'fact' is, she was 16/1 with 365 this morning, so I could have cashed out for a small profit.

I imagine I'll have the highest number of non runners of anyone on the forum, but because I do back more thsan 1 in a race, the security and fluidity is worth a fair chunk.

I am not seeing it clear cut, maybe as I am on the 'wrong side' of one?

You have a point. The extra security helps, especially with the number of horses you are backing. Very difficult to track which approach is right though.

Id deffinately use 365. I took 33s on my way over 50s else where.
95% of my bets are on with them only ones that aren't are any race.

You'd only have got about 50p on at 50s given that it was Unibet. :p

There must be a cut off though Scooby as surely you can't afford to be backing under the odds in the long run. Perhaps it's purely just down to a difference in approaches but I couldn't take a shorter price and go mad at my mates for doing so.

They're top price almost everything I'm backing anyway. Half the ones I'm backing I'm adding to the market in the 1st place and there the only ones willing to give me a proper price and take a bet.
I still would take under though.

You can see my bets and it looks a little messy / scatter gun. but I'll soon cash some later. Iv no interest in keeping the ones I no longer want in a vain hope that they'll come in. I'd rather get my cash back.

Before NRNB, cashout (at a shorter price) is a manual way of getting NRNB.... that's part of my thought process.

I have 167 pts with 365, 84 with WH and next highest is Lads at 30 pts.

Slybet are the ones I use fairly reguarly that aren't getting any of my ante post money. More fool them? :p

2 pts lost on Never Adapt. Took 36/1 boosted with WH.

(I believe that was still left after 365 had cut his price) OR his "any race" price had gone.

Same as me Kev, most of my September through October bets for a certain race were not with 365 as bigger prices elsewhere and because I thought it was uncertain that cash out would be available. Not actually sure that was correct?

Anyway after I realised cash out was still on i’ve used 365 nearly every time this last 2 months apart from the any race market. Agree there has to be a cut off somewhere, reminds me of the conversation we had last season on the % chance of any horse missing the Festival through injury. Consensus was around 20-25% chance roughly 3 months or more before the Festival. Based on that you could say that cash out (assuming you get the info before 365) is giving you an extra 20-25% on the price you are getting. So i’d be willing to take at least a 25% price reduction with 365 in order to be able to cash out

I know we should probably take it with a pinch of salt, as we do with the Mullins/PP & Elliott/Betfair links, but Adjali is only 7/1 with Henderson's sponsors, Unibet, that is 3 points shy of being top price, and pretty poor too.

Just thought I'd weigh in with that, some, like me, take it as a little bit more of a positive towards the horse, others may take no notice at all.

I spotted that immediately after the race COD. They went 7's immediately while plenty were 14's. I certainly took it as a positive. Along with him winning so well despite drifting.

Clearly one they don't want to take on :)

Sky often duck the souede and munir good horses, Jacob writes for the Sporting Life website and as such Sky seem to get the inside track on the good ones.

Interesting race on Tuesday at fontwell. You've got fusil raffles who's a good horse, giving away a 7 pound penalty. But you've also got Fresno emery who's representing the form of FARID who he was 3rd behind last time. If they both run, will be an interesting contest.

with Fresno emery being in a small yard I might have a small few quid ew should he open up too big.

7/1 EW taken of got him down as 9/4 on my tissue.

The AQPS FRESNO EMERY (lot 12) will be offered from Nicolas Taudon and is trained by Freddy Grizon. This three-year-old gelding by Vision d’Etat finished 3rd on his only start in a flat race at Lignières over 2400 meters. He comes from the family of the talented jumpers VOILADENUO, ATUVUEDENUO and BIENDENUO.

€100,000 he made

Looking forward to Saturday I think fret d'estruval beats quel destin and cracker factory. Skeltons horse protektorat represents the form of farid as does Fresno emery tomorrow.

How much would you put Adjali ahead of Fret D’estruval?

Into 5/2 And on his way to fav. They shouldn't price up what they don't know.
Same for the triumph. Adjali price was silly and Fret destruval at 40s is laughable

Have you backed Fret?

Haven't done Farid yet, but might just in case todays hoses up.

Yes I'm quite big at 40s ew with cashout.

I'd wait for an entry on farid. Lamarckise the other of mullins to note.
