This may be of interest to some.

The PP to win any race market allows you to put your horse in a multiple, providing the horse(s) you are putting it in with are from a different market. For example, I've just doubled Red Jack TWAR 16/1, with Buveur D'air in Champion Hurdle.

Most firms don't allow this as they are usually special markets and restricted as singles only.

Well that is a game changer. I know exactly how I am spending 'work' today :devilish:

They did the same for a short period couple of years ago, I think by mistake, so take advantage while it lasts.

DDS confirmed to be going the Champion Hurdle route and 'looks fantastic'.

I can see DDS and Buveur D'air doing a clean sweep of the British champion hurdle trials this season as they'll be kept apart until the big day in March, all being well

Going to end up with a lot of eggs in the BVD basket.

Not spotting much this year in their specific market that I'm dead keen on though at first look.

BVD is in loads of my bets, as is CoC. Like you, I'm finding it difficult to back many other others for specific races at this stage.

I have just backed BvD,Altior and Finian's Oscar (any race) in a trixie with PP.

I got way too excited.... 17 points staked today! :triumphant: including the above

365 are STILL 9/1 CoC and 4/1 BvD so added Might Bite in with them (already bet the same with Our Duke)
Bacardys - Any Race - 12s 2pts e/w
Petit Mouchoir - Arkle - 16s 1 pt e/w
Red Jack (any race) and Death Duty (any race) both with BvD

I am so excited!

:highly_amused:

17 points staked in one day and we are not even in September. Great work Kev.

Does Melon stay over hurdles? I can't remember if Willie has said either way. I'm thinking of getting him in my Champion Hurdle book if he does remain over hurdles.

Taken a look at the Arkle market today and Petit Mouch and Melon stand out a mile, has anyone heard if they are going chasing please?

Melon was mentioned as a potential champion hurdle horse but no decision made by Mullins a week or so ago.
PM chasing although I can't place when I heard that

I'm taking the 25/1 on Melon for the Champion Hurdle. Placed horses in the supreme have a good record in the champion, with Jezki and Buveur D'air being recent examples.

I've had 1 point on this already. A little risky but it doesn't take much for Faugheen and yorkhill to be ruled out and you're looking at single figures straight away. I think I mentioned it a couple of pages back but the confidence in the horse and what he must have shown at home means there must be so much talent. Impossible to argue he doesn't have the most scope for improvement too?

Blow By Blow, 14/1 to win any race.

If he returns from injury as good as he was in his bumper days, then he has to be a major player in the novice hurdle races.

Great find Faugheen. I added the following today using this:

Finians Oscar with Buveur D'Air (CH)
Samcro with Buveur D'Air (CH)
Red Jack with Buveur D'Air (CH)
Blow by Blow with Buveur D'Air (CH)
Bacardys with Cause of Causes (Cross Country)

Probably one step closer to an account closer mind...!

Gonna be some badly damaged books in here if Buveur doesn't get the job done!!

I have full confidence in Buveur if he gets there in March fit and well...Peas and carrots everywhere if anything happens to the horse though!

Tis Autumn :)

Yeah I can imagine. I'm yet to delve into an antepost bet. Just a tiny bit too long for something to happen.
