2026 Novice Hurdlers

I can see the point of not running tomorrow, absolutely, especially if another option is there for the horse.
Connections will want to see how he handles the course as much as anything, they got that box ticked for OPS already, I guess now its about seeing if AOI enjoys himself around Cheltenham, ground could be messy by the time he lines up though so they may have a decision to make nearer the time :)

I think you've misunderstood.

The post ends by saying 'Like to see it finish in the top 4 tomorrow.'

Does that sound like a cert?
Ahh right......Gutted about missing a top 4 ride? donkey then 😁. Ben made the right choice

Sounds like I should explain a bit more then
BTW hear Pauling has a good one for the Don tomorrow that Ben J is gutted about missing the ride for. AB bound.
Taken the 50s already. Like to see it finish in the top 4 tomorrow.

So the river don tomorrow does give out some Albert Bart form. The two im looking at is "The last cloud" and "Kicour La"
The last cloud has run some good races behind Idaho Sun/Paddy + Fortune de mer (all horses going places).
Ben jones said in his blog he will ensure hes glued to the TV to watch the 12.55. I remember when Yellow car who won last year ran into a place at the festival at massive odds (not sp).

So yes I would back both of these for the AB 66/1 and 50/1

I still say that he must think TB has the better chance of the two or else he'd be up North.

Higher profile horse, higher profile race, higher profile owners, running at HQ.

Sounds like Puntplonk was making the point that Ben Jones wishes he could be in two places at once as the Don horse is also a good one.

So Danny Mullins coming over to Cheltenham for just the one ride tomorrow 🤔

With Fairyhouse off, why not?

….as far as I could see, he had the ride before Fairyhouse was abandoned.

Heads Up certainly looks a difficult ride, some on here call him ‘Head Case’ suspect that’s why he’s been engaged.

Fat Jockey Rules

AOI lost 3 legs!

Danny Boy giving us a heads up.....

Danny Mullins said. “I followed him around when he won in Listowel. I was fourth in that race and, you know, he put it to bed nicely, and the form with No Drama This End reads very well. So hopefully after the little bit of time off, he’ll go there and run a big race.”

His form is super solid. Track form. Ground form. And graded and franked form. I love Taurus bay but heads up should be clear fav.

Agree. Not sure what Taurus has beat and AOI got beat by a 3yo last time which just doesn't read well at all.
