One of my favourite horses in racing has proven himself to be a top class handicap stayer after winning the 3m handicap at Cheltenham two years on the bounce, last year off top weight!
Only 8 going on 9 but do we think he will be given a crack at it this year?
Has won at aintree - admittedly a nothing hurdles race last year - and unless they think he is a gold cup horse where else is there's for him to go?
I've stuck him in a wildly speculative e/w patent but if he turns up surely he will be low teens?
