Had the same issue myself this morning. I used the main banner on the home page and received this message. Then went into promotions section, and had a section there for the double odds and "opt in now" which I was able to access and use instead.

its 1 free bet on each festival day - but the first day is already live. The next one you’ll have to opt in on day 2 etc.

worth noting that you can include other selections - as long as there’s at least 1, day 1 selection. So I’m going for a roll up with a couple of fancies today and Ivan toney to score tonight

….nope, no restriction on singles/multiples but the whole stake must be used in a single wager (you can’t use partial figures on different bets).

No idea on the date but was the offer not pretty derisory last year in that the money back was limited to a minimal amount to the point it wasn't worth that much of a bet?
