  • The horse you can't wait to see this season is...

Now that we're on the eve of the NH season starting proper...and the books are starting to be released, which horses are you most excited to see this season? (Not in terms of a bet, we've plenty of threads about betting - but the horses you just cabn't wait to be watching!)

I can't wait to see Presenting Percy, which is an obvious one... but the way he took apart the RSA, and the fact he's now got two festival wins, married up with the fact his trainer isn't scared to pitch him in the deep end - for me means that Presenting Percy's races have the potential to be magnificent all season long!

I also can't wait to see who turns up at Haydock to have a go at the Triple Crown... that'd be the race I'm most looking forward to... although the options are plentiful!

Might Bite is my favourite horse in training so that's an obvious one. I'm really excited to see Santini this season. I think this one could go far

      Surprise Surprise...

Absolutely buzzing to see Topofthegame jump a fence again. Genuinely think he could dominate the novice stayers division in GB in a similar style to his stablemate Black Corton last term but hopefully in contrast peaking at the business end of the season!

Expecting a enthralling battle in that staying chasers sphere with the likes of Santini, Mr. Whipped, Black Op & possibly Vinndication etc.

Will make for great entertainment regardless in a division that’s been underwhelming lately.

Alboum photo because if he stayed up in the RSA, the way he finishes his races, he'd have won, no doubt

If the cap fits (because he wins all)
Haven't backed him for anything just hope he comes back sound and want to see how good he actually is,

Bit boring but Samcro if he stays hurdling, would be absolutely incredible if he was to win the Champ hurdle then have a crack at the GC in his career.

            Equally boring from me, Altior.
Absolute star of the game who could go 5 years unbeaten in my opinion....

              Boring here too, Laurina!

The future champion hurdle winner (not this coming season though)!

Always tough to narrow down one but I’ll say Hollowgraphic, not sure what trip he will end at but he’s my novice of the season already. Very much looking forward to seeing him jump a hurdle and stay healthy!

Away from the more obvious, I'll put up Black Op. If he respects his fences I think he will take beating this season.

Faugheen the machine , would be great to see him become a all time great (in my opinion) by winning the world hurdle.

I cant recall any horse winning both the Champion and world hurdle in his/her career.

Commander of Fleet for me, jamie codd likes this one and I’m thinking connections will go along the Samcro route and plump for The Ballymore with him

The one single horse I'm MOST looking forward to is BLACKBOW .

Iv liked him since his very first run, where he dug down and learned what his job was, he's very green and deffinately isn't the finished article. I'm not sure if he's a 2miler or 2 1/2 But he has plenty of pace, was the last of the bridle at punchestown when still green, and did rhinestone for a change of gear at Christmas time. (Rhinestone himself is a very nice horse) but i cant wait to see him out, and watch him progress up to grade 1 class

Hollowgraphic & Commander Of Fleet both in the betting for the Champion Bumper, are they both still legible for the race?

Mullins has a core of what seem to be talented bumper horses from last season, do you have any thoughts on current pecking order?

                            Overall Samcro.

Novice hurdler - commander of fleet
Novice chaser - Black op. Think he could be very smart. Wouldnt be surprised if he takes JLT rather than RSA route though.

Excited to see if Footpad can put it up to Altior.

Biggest want to see for the season - (going to go 2fold here).
Douvan stepped up in trip and lineup in the King George
Faugheen to go chasing. Would love to see it

I like tornado flyer however I have a hunch that once he's off the bridle he'll find it difficult to make up as much ground as he did at punchestown, with hurdles still infront of him. And although the race diddnt fall into his lap, it ran to suit. Iv taken blackbow/ carefully selected out of it with both having ptp backgrounds .

Id have blackbow as no1# . But carefully selected is an admirable horse. I personally think they were a really strong crop of bumper horses
