Irish Daily Mirror Hurdle
The 3 Mile Novice Hurdle run at the Punchestown festival has Grade1 status but no horse has doubled up here and at the Cheltenham Festival during the last decade.
Beat That completed a notable Aintree-Punchestown double in the 2014 renewal but has not shown that form since.
The horse that he beat in 2014 Don Poli has since gone on to land the RSA Chase at Cheltenham while the 7th home Thunder and Roses recently won the Irish Grand National.
