Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Grand National 2023 Preview

Like at Cheltenham, here is my annual preview for todays national.

1:45 - Maghull Novices Chase The first race on National Day 2023 should go to hot favourite JONBON (4/11). He’s twice finished runner up at the Cheltenham Festival and this is a Grade 1 in name only. It looks a weak field and Nicky Henderson’s novice can cash in with little fuss. Just had a retrospective read of this Middle_Of_March as didn’t get a chance beforehand - not too bad results!

Couldn’t have had Vanillier myself before the race but he ran a stormer! I often think the Albert Bartlett form works out down the line but he was one I’d written off.

Indeed my 1-2 ended second and third so not too far away. The winner was fantastic but they’ve done me proud.
