13:45 - Taken a chance on Mister Coffey. A horse I've always liked and feel he has a fair chance tomorrow.
14:50 - Think The Big Breakaway is a cracking price. Not my favourite horse at all but he ran well enough behind Monkfish in the RSA and I'm not convinved by the horses ahead of him in the market at all. Not much else I can say that FF91 hasn't already said.
16:40 - A very tentative play on Gallyhill here. On paper not the likeliest winner at all but I've never really taken to Bravemansgame and Gallyhill is a potential improver at a nice enough price. Think not running at Cheltenham could help him too, he'll be a lot fresher than some of the others at the top of the market. Cape Gentleman is also interesting as is Bothwell Bridge at a big price. Haven't backed either of them though.
Also done The Big Breakaway and Dashel Drasher in a little double.Last edited by isitmarchyet; 8 April 2021, 08:15 PM.

1.45 - Edwardstone / Master Debonair
4.05 - Senior Citizen / Caribean Boy
5.15 - Leoncavallo
Main bet is Senior Citizen. He's already ran over the fences and jumped well before tiring in the unsuitably soft ground back in December. I think he is very well handicapped and has some good form against the likes of Espoir De Romay who is in tomorrow's G1 novices chase and he also had a nice prep for this against Umbrigado. I just hope the ground hasn't been too over watered as the beeter the ground, the better his chances will be.
I really also like Leoncavallo and thought he ran really well in the Martin Pipe before tiring into 6th. He was meant to have run in the Imperial Cup on the Saturday before the MP which could have helped him strip fitter so I'm hoping he will still be fresh for tomorrow as I think there's a big race in him.

Mr Coffey 2pt 10-1
Big Breakaway 2pt 13/2
Lust For Glory 1ptew 50-1 & Dunvegan 25-1 Huntsman son 20-1 Robin de foret 25-1 all 1pt win
streets of doyen 2pt 8-1
blakeney point 1ptew 40-1
put dusart, politologue, chantry and cape gentelman in some multiples.
I like Lust For Glory as the trainer and jockey team up well in this race, and they weren't trying at Sandown the last day. 134 is a decent mark.
The four in the topham I like as they look topham types, in that they can travel and get jumping nicely, famous last words as this race can be carnage sometimes.
I'd like to think Dunvegan will be ridden positively though

I feel rather guilty.
I’m all over BMG for the RSA next year and I really do think he’s got a cracking chance in it. This is his first outing over 3miles and so backing against him would be poor form from me.
BUT I think Gallyhill is the winner tomorrow. I’ll be delighted to see BMG get the business done but with the reputation of Gallyhill and how much they think of him I think he will be tough to beat. 10/1 is a cracking price.
Really like Dusart too and have him in a couple of nice roll-ups. He should take a tonne of beating and will have come on loads for his debut!

Are we convinced Dusart is the real thing here ?
His debut win looked impressive when Soaring Glory won the Betfair Hurdle but he was a long way off being competitive in the Supreme and the third in Dusarts debut win is a 112 rated pig.
The confidence of people in here is putting me off getting stuck into Ajero, I’ll sleep on it...

Beating him on your racecourse debut with ease is a very good run
Definitely not backing him tomorrow after the injury but hoping for a good run
