….it’s lush turf at Aintree. A renowned local footy club played in the middle of the course for many years & those of us who regularly played there know it always took a stud even in the driest times.

The wind is really gusting and the showers squally at the moment. It’s very grey looking in the direction of the course which is about 4 miles from me.

By my reckoning, School Boy Hours is just 2 more withdrawals from getting in. I'd really fancied him earlier in the year, as i know others did, until it looked as though he was too low in the weights. Now it looks like he might sneak in, 40's looks a decent price. Anyone have a view?
