  • Cheltenham October Meeting

    My guesses for day one
1:35 Black Poppy plus two Irish outsiders buckhill and clarens

    2:10 no bet

2:45 el elefante. Interesting lucinda Russell horse.

3:20 moon hunter and Atlanta brave. Both point to point winners on chase debut.

3:55 Toto Too for Peter fahey. Shrewd trainer.

4:30 strictlyadancer, won the race last year off similar mark.

5:05 Angels Breath for Sam Thomas. Hoping he gets backed in from the 8/1 I got.

Think you came to the wrong place after the day I had

Remembering now that I'm much better race to race on the flat and to be more selective on the jumps outside of the big meetings

Really like haddex des obeaux but really don't like Gary Moore as a trainer

He will either go off 2/1 or 8/1 and run according to the market

If he was with Skelton or Nicholls I'd be getting stuck in

But simply don't trust more so just the 2 points on

I've been looking at the cards for the last 2 hours... and none the wiser
These meets are so much harder, I'd go as far as saying Cheltenham Day 1 and 2 are easier lol

He's been tipped up by a fair few podcast, and this is a dire race... so why isnt he shorter! I cant work it out. May wait and see if any money comes in for him before the off

                    Yes

Just watched the second half of the Cheltmental podcast and Spectre got his NAP siren out and everything

As I said this would be a 4 or 5 point bet for me if he was trained by someone more reliable

Since its Gary Moore it's 2 points. Might have more on if the money comes.

The festival is a lot easier

The form has stacked up by then and you know every horse is fit and trying

                          Well that was frustrating

Race wasn't over but would've hoped he'd have won that

Think he would have! Fair play ComplyOrDie

Another Irish Trained winner coming over to beat the English on home soil! Will this start to put more off running at the fez?
