This race is so interesting and obviously heavily informs both the Turners and BANC.

Mighty Potter only has an entry here, but Willie has some major darts in behind that could spoil the party.

I think it would be a mistake to re oppose MP with GDM, especially when Willie has Appreciate It and/or JDB as options.

If Mighty Potter beats whatever Willie runs then he'll surely go a price approaching evens.

If he loses then presumably what beats him goes favourite and the market is blown wide open.

Something somewhere has got to spill into the BANC and IMO it has to be JDB.

AI, JDB and GDM are Willies most likely runners. If GDM doesn't go that screams NHC and AI doesn't have a BANC entry.

I think the instructions on JDB will be see if he settles, ride him quiet, pick up pieces, and if you can stay on and win it then great.

Its such a brilliant race. Its basically going to be the Turners

Do you think Sir Gerhard could somewhat dictate what happens here as well? If he turns up and wins the 2m chase he is entered in well enough, would it make it less likely Appreciate It turns up to this race and stays at 2m.

This looks a good race if most of them turn up with a good mix of stayers and speed horses.

I assume Gerri Colombe isn't an intended runner here? He would definitely be of interest at 16/1 if he were to run, but haven't seen any quotes at all regarding his next target.

Does Ramillies omission from entries make a run in the BANC less likely?

Ramillies is not quick enough for the BANC much less this. He's NHC or nothing IMO.

Agree. Just has to be the NHC. He can't even run in Handicaps. Would like an entry soon though !

Ten Up likely next target. So unlikely to be here.
