Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Positive update, hoping all goes well over the next few weeks of box rest. Best wishes Paul, hopefully F2D gets back on the track soon and irons out whatever niggles he has had of late

Whilst, I guess, not out of the woods just yet, it is great to not only read about the positive update, but also see the images and video of him post op, so thanks for sharing Paul

        • Great to read he has come of the initial surgery well - yes it is early days, and extended box rest can be tough on them but I have no doubt you and the rest of the team will continue to give him the best chances of recovering.

Really interesting to see the x-rays and post op video.

Look forward to seeing where Freedom to Dream heads next - enjoy the rest of your time in IRE.

            • An update on my current holdings:

              Willie Mullins
Since Kemboy retired to Lancashire, I'm just left with Captain Kangaroo who has had a nice long break. He should be back in now and will be aimed at long distance handicap chases.

              Donald McCain
              Esme Shelby now retired.

              Sam Allwood
Von Melas was retired sound to a good home.
Coningbeg came home to me and, after recovering from her injury, we managed to get her in foal to Dartmouth. Next February promises to be exciting.
We joined a club that is running Ballynaveen Boy through the summer. He's lowly rated and been slow to learn his trade but we're persevering for the time being.

The latest venture is a small syndicate for 2 horses from the PtP arena.
Rehill Relic won his only point very nicely

Orbys River failed to complete in 2 races but came recommended from Harley Dunne as good value.

This link should take you to Sam's website.
Sam Allwood Racing is located in Shropshire and is now well established as a successful, national hunt racing yard.Sam and his team have worked hard to continuously improve the facilities at Church Farm to make sure the horses are always well prepared for their races as well as receiving care of the highest standard.

I think that there are still a couple of shares available and Sam is prepared to consider half shares if anyone is interested. Both horses are back in training having summered well and, as they're just at the cantering stage, should be ready to go in 6 to 8 weeks.

Thanks so much! I remain hopeful and think, on his best form, he could run a big race. More excuses and rationale in the blog: http://www.cheltenhamdream.com/blog-...-must-be-crazy
