Thanks very much guys. Yes very pleased with him and his performance.
Green as hell with daylight in front of him. He missed one hurdle in the back, hung right around the bend, and then hung left in the straight, plus he then missed the last two hurdles, and Bridget still said she could have won as far as she'd liked. Give the ground (genuine good) was too quick for him, he wants half a mile further, and a fence as soon as possible, and he wasn't even blowing after the race, I reckon he may end up being half decent!
He's pulled out of his box as fresh as anything this morning and you wouldn't even know he's had a race. In fact Dan is now keen to squeeze an extra race in for more experience before we put him away. Depending on if we can find the right race and we get slower conditions of course. If not he'll go on his holidays.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.
