    Is it time............

    The BHA limited the number of runners a owner can have in one race?
    I can remember the late David (DJ) Johnson saying the only reason he got into NH was because he didnt have the money to compete on the flat.
    Now with the likes of JP,Gigginstown,Ricci and others is it time?

    Not for me but they could have a rule that a reserve cannot replace a declared runner from the same stable or in the same ownership.
