Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • A/W Championships - Lingfield

Couldn't find a previous thread, so assume this may not interest many, but just wondered if anyone dabbles in the ante post market for this day?

I have for the past 2 years and have done OK, first year of doing it was much better than last year, that didn't go quite to plan.

      I currently like the following:

      A/W Sprint Final - Pretend 11/4 (NB)
      A/W 3yo Sprint Final - Dubai One 5/1
      A/W Marathon Final - Antiquarium 4/1
A/W Middle Distance Final - Team Talk 7/1 (NAP) - Horse very much reminds me of Tryster, and we know how that one ended up, went off and winning at 1/2 on the day of the race. ATR also reported that he covered the final furlong (in his latest win) quicker than any other horse on the day, that same turn of foot that Tryster seemed to have.

I appreciate all are Godolphin horses, bearing in mind last year they didn't have much of a hand in the fields, think they had just the 3 runners and managed 2 2nd's and a 5th, whereas the season before they went fully armed, having 9 runners in 7 races, having 3 winners, three 2nds (one in behind one of their own winners), one 3rd, one 5th (again, behind one of their winners) and a 6th.

If I remember rightly Godolphin had a pretty quiet time of it during the first few months of last year over here, and seemed to pick up during the turf season. I think they will be back targeting this meeting, and the prices currently on offer are good value for that.
