Verdana Blue for me - took the 10s early doors. It’s basically a handicap & I think Verdana Blue is a bit better than that - but I am banking on the ground drying through the week & the word ‘good’ appearing somewhere in the going description. She was miles in front of Chesterfield at Ascot & travelled like the best horse in the Betfair until the heavy ground took effect.

Completely agree with this; I thought she had a decent e/w chance in the Champion Hurdle if the ground had been good. On another note, I am hopeful that Peregrine Run can produce in Grade 2 Novices. I think it may be too sharp for Mia's Storm against these horses and it may stretch Bigmartre's stamina. My fear would be that Bigmartre makes the running and controls the race from the front; the other need to guard against this. Peregrine Run is very well and Peter decided not to go for the (more valuable) handicap earlier in the day as three miles might have been stretching it first time out. This has pretty much been the plan since before Cheltenham so hopefully he will run well.

. Still atleast 1 of aidens to come out she's at the foot of the weights has some very good form. 5f making the running is perfect and she will be extremely hard to pass. She's facing alot of exposed horses here and I expect her to win pulling away.
