  • Backed Beltor last night with PP 7-1.
Ladbrokes going 25-1 (28-1) this morning.
I know there'd be doubts about the ground but still (won last time on soft, easily).
Had to back it again each way at that price, although I fear the worst.
Looks like one of the better handicapped horses in a fairly average race.

Think I woke Ladbrokes up. into 12's now but still looks like drifting.

      • Oh my God, Beltor.

I have such a soft spot for him

I like Clyne I think, but haven't backed him.

        • Couple of valuable jumps heats today:
FL 3.45 Rouge Vif - some great form in the book over hurdles, if taking to fences the 7/2 offered today will look big
MR 4.15 Le Prezien - reverting back to hurdles PN is sure to have him fit, 5/1 EW looks a bet to nothing...

          • Just noticed the declarations for the Vertem at Donny Saturday. Old Racing Post Trophy.
Was thinking about going but they can get fucked now.
One British trained horse entered and the rest (11) A Obrien.
            Absolute Disgrace.

Feel sorry for Doncaster as it's a good course.
They got shafted for St Leger day also.

He is ‘the kiddie’ this month.

                      • Butte Montana 8-1 PP in bumper tomorrow.
With this being fergal's only runner and him having last two winners of this race.
And him having a treble at cheltenham today.
And when this was entered the other day I'm sure it was heavily backed (might be wrong on this)
Is a good bet. I reckon.

Kealy had a right pop at this horses credentials earlier on postcast.
He kind of had a point, at the prices at least.
