  • Chris Hayes ride in the Irish St leger was excellent.
Can't say the same for some of the other jockeys who must surely have known how slow they were going.
Kew Gardens in particular was done no favours

One, because he has no idea !!
Two, because it didn't look like that to me
And lastly, he represents the owner and trainer of the horse and should state their case.

If the appeal is successful I'll be more annoyed than I am already.
He goes on my dodgy list for sure.
      Proper nob ed.
      Appeal result today.
Does anyone have any experience of an online bet getting paid if the result is changed on appeal weeks after the official result.
Would it be worth contacting 365 to ask for my money politely??
      It’s worth over 60 pts
I think I know I’m done for but is there any hope ?

            • Kevin made his first Breeders' Cup trip to California last weekend, and looks back on a thrilling journey which resulted in plenty of success for Team Europe.

I put some of the market movers up on the daily movers thread.
A card with 5 maidens on it, and lots of market moves, and this article from Kevin Blake explains a fair bit why.
Managed to back three of them also.
Getting the results/information from these trials for next year could be very useful indeed.
I was just monitoring oddschecker for movements especially on the Irish based bookies.

I imagine a handful of punters are fuming with Blake over this. Highlighting this will mean it'll no longer be an opportunity for those punters that had an edge.

Some nice prices available, the difficulty would be making significant money from it.

                    • Think my biggest bet today gonna be Dakota Gold.
Should outlast these lot, and after having a really decent win on Equilateral at Donny last time (he didn't look great)
                      In the big handicap.
Got doubles riding onto Gulliver and Buffer Zone, from the Fav in the silver cup (stoute horse)

                      Then backed
                      Soldiers minute 50's ew & 60's ew
                      Gunmetal 25's ew
                      Hey Jonesy 25's ew
                      all 1pts

Looks a decent bet to me, I've backed Equilateral a few times so no love for him anymore

I'll be hoping Peaceful in the first at Gowran wins and that'll be a nice double.

No more bets today. Not had chance to look at anything properly.

                          I have Good Birthday 20/1 / Mr Adjudicator 10/1.

Adding Good Birthday again and will roll it on to Mr Adjudicator at best morning prices for the Ces should he appear.
There is an 'Autumn Double' thread somewhere FM, worth moving your post across ?

                            • Middle Park tomorrow looks brilliant.
But very difficult to have a bet on, as I like many of them.

                              • Heads Up.

For those that are unaware. The big field TV races on a Saturday are often priced up Thursday after final declarations. But they don't always offer extra places immediately.
But they often apply the extra places to bets made prior to announcement.
For example if you'd placed bets with Sky on the cambridgeshire yesterday afternoon (when they were not offering 8 places) or PPower (when they were not offering 7 places).
They will apply the extra places to your bet.
So you can get the first show prices if you like them and still benefit from extra places if applied.

Just in case people wait for the places offer to change.
