    Isn't he around 7/4 OV ?.
It's gone from a very strong renewal to a reasonably weak one, UDS and Sprinter Sacre would have made this a proper race, now the only each way I can consider is Somersby and I hate backing horses very nearly 12 years old....

hadnt realized the had gone that short.

Its lost a lot of its appeal now ...Nina on Somersby is a good booking.

Twice runner up in the race and a horse who has retained much of his ability even with advancing years, there's an argument his 2nd in the race last year is the best piece of form on offer.....

The books must have raked in a fortune on this race ante-post, its a minefield in general now betting ante-post.This race only highlights the hazards of ante-post betting and with the fez in mind I wont be backing anything untill the day of race.Second guessing trainers running plans along with all the things that can go wrong with horses in the lead up to the festival makes it a foolish strategy in the main in the aim of beating the books!!

Has to be a question about the yard in general ?
I was at Sandown today and NH had zero runners, he has a fine record over the years from todays card but not a single runner today ?
Complete guesswork but with no runners today and just 1 winner in his last 18 runners there could be a problem in the yard....

after a promising start to the season starting to look like the yard remains in a slow decline from heights of 4/5 years ago.

Fair play to Betfair Sportsbook, 3 places and best odds guaranteed in Tingle Creek, it's gone from a small pensive interest in Somersby to a decent each way hit for me....

I've weighed in on Special Tiara, my logic being that De Bromhead seems to have targeted early season races to prepare horses for and most stables are looking ahead to bigger prizes later in the season. I doubled him up as well with another De Bromhead horse in an earlier race, Sizing Codelco with BG jocked up, another bet is Soll at Aintree, I reckon he's more suited to this distance than the National.
