Bit of a reach but I saw a special for dettori to ride the winner of the kentucky derby at 16/1, he'll end up being on a baffert horse most likely and he has a really nice crop of 2 year olds right now, no way will his mount be that price if a few train on, mainly muth and Prince of monaco. Don't know if Point Lonsdale is an intended runner in the Champion Stakes but I've gone through their form and he looks the only one who will appreciate a swamp. Every time he's encountered soft or Heavy ground he's won easily. If there are just 5/6 runners he may run into a place.Comment

I would be concerned if they ride him differently Benjy as I think it’s his gallop that gets others out of their comfort zone… on balance tho I think he’s worth another go… he hasn’t had his ground in his last 3 starts and still only found one too good… two of which are arguably the best in their division… on heavy I feel he’s lengths betterOriginally posted by Benjy23 View Post
