I fancy JUST F Y I to upset the favourite TAMARA in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Dirt. Justify (American Triple Crown winner) looks like the next superstar sire producing some seriously talented 2 year olds (3 of Europes top 4). Tamara looked very good LTO but is odds on. It's a race that often throws up upsets and given both horses quoted ran to an RPR of 111 LTO, I have to side with breeding and 8 times the price. The 12 post is less than ideal for JFYI however we've seen more mid-high draw winners than low, so hopefully can come sweeping down the outside.

I've also done the double Justify 2 yo with BUCHU @ 89/1 (case on the previous page)

WARM HEART is a big fancy of mine @ 3/1. JG didn't sound at all confident in an interview I saw yesterday, citing the trip, bends and American style of racing as potential issues for Inspiral, which are all very fair. Insprial can be awesome but she can also be shit. Warm Heart is more consistent and AOB said she's made for the race. Thats enough for me and at 3/1 I am happy siding with her.

        That's a tough race

Inspiral much the best ability wise, but she's always looked to have plenty of speed and can't see why she's not in the mile.

Warm Hearts improvement has come over 1m4f, so 1m2f round a tight turning track might see her tapped for tow.

Perhaps the solid option is In Italian for Chad brown who finished second to Tuesday last year

Not a race iv committed to a bet in yet

Having a look through the juvenile races and like the chances of No Nay Mets in the turf sprint

11/2 looks very fair as he's won his 3 US starts comfortably and this is one of the turf races the US has dominated

Happy to forgive him his royal ascot run at that price as its a very different test than what itll be tomorrow night

I have though just noticed crimson advocate and no nay mets have both run over 5f at gulfstream on firm going

Both carried 8st6 in those races but crimson advocate covered the distance 1.25 seconds faster

She also is the only horse to beat relief rally this season

The issue is obviously she hasnt been seen since ascot

So iv cashed out and will look to Dutch the pair likely on bigger prices on betfair

I thought Warm Heart would open shorter than Inspiral. Gets a weight for age allowance and has been pretty much faultless this season barring a blip on soft at the Curragh. She doesn't have the question marks to answer re trip or handling tight turns which JG raised as legitimate concerns for Inspiral yesterday. If Frankie tries to go off quickly and win it from the front then he will almost certainly get into a battle with In Italian which would suit Warm Heart down to the ground. If that happens I can envisage WH out staying those two.

Be disappointed if Inspiral doesn't win that tbh. She can beat herself though. And I have a worry about her being too keen over the 10f. Doesn't need to go from the front though. If she settles she wins imo.

Never a big fan of the Friday, or betting on 2yos in general tbh. But Saturday looks good fun as usual. Strong European challenge in the turf races, I hope anyway!

I'd imagine inspiral will be held up and they will try to use her turn of foot

Ability wise she's some way clear of the rest imo

Just not a horse I'd ever really trust

Just can't get myself to warm to him, might be the fact I'm balls deep on AK

Yep, I'm all in with Arabian Knight too but there is a possibility that he gets into a speed duel up front and gets cooked come the stretch then the stalkers like Ushba, WA or a longshot will be snapping at his heels. It could be a cracker!

Exactly this FF, no way she she keeps pace with In Italian even if she wanted to… think Warm Heart being drawn next to In Italian is a negative as can see her being forced back and not being able to go the gallop… for me In Italian to make all and Inspiral trying to close her down on the line

I always liked him in his juvenile year Zach and felt he never reached his potential… guess it’s whether the Whitney run was a one off? Good luck with AK, I’d certainly like to be on him must have missed the price and the race certainly couldn’t have worked out any better for you

                          • I'm very much with Japan in the Breeders Cup Classic and backed Ushba Tesoro @ 11/2.

The faster the better for him, in my opinion, and I suspect there will be a fair bit of pace on in the race which will suit him, as he showed in the Dubai World Cup.

Possibly need luck in running, but should be the staying on horse at the very least and looked an obvious E/W bet.

Yeah im worried about that too, don't particularly want a repeat of what happened in the haskell where he was in a speed duel with an outsider then got ran down by mage and geaux rocket ride

Exactly that, but he has looked like a beast this week
