Question for anyone willing...Tuesday was a forfeit day for the Cambridgeshire (30th Sept) which left lord bertie around 41 on the list . Weights were published on the 30th aug. Any wins after 26th aug gets a 4lb penalty. Am i right in thinking that if lord Bertie wins next sunday he will get a 4lb penalty but that would not move him up the listing and he would still be 41?

I thought you were right to be honest. But looking at Summerghand for the Ayr Gold Cup as an example he's actually moved up the list after getting a penalty by the looks of it? So now I'm not sure. Sorry
Came in to say how disappointing the Arc trials fields look on Sunday though. Still on weather watch for the big one (regarding the horse nobody else seems to fancy) but it's not looking like the best of renewals at this stage.

Won last time coming from dead last with ease
It was still a mess from all connected though, as pacemaker did not assist, as he ended up with too much to do.
Wouldn't write him off as the German got first run, but the price influenced me to back the German, and his jockey is decent/experienced enough.

Great news. Being saved for the Arc. AOBs number one now!
Let me know when I'm getting annoying but I'm actually thinking it's on. Although I'm slightly over invested now so will be hoping to trade a bit out

Playing Prince of monaco in the breeders cup Juvenile in a few doubles/trebles with cheltenham horses, leading Juvenile in the states, with baffert and this years will be in his backyard in santa Anita, I very much doubt city of troy will run due to all the issues with the dirt over there lately
