Champion Stakes going to be a tap in for baaeed then, who's even going to be against him?
Avoiding Baeed definitely looks a more likely reason than the four week out weather forecast they're claiming
Not sure they'll be many left to face him will there! All those in behind in the betting look to have other priorities. Especially if it is soft/heavy. May be worth a look for an each way play at a big price, that isn't ground dependant, in the hope of a small field. Although there's enough entered!
Sounds like if the Arc is run on deep ground again, Which it most likely will be, the race race will really cut up. The soft/Heavy ground performers must be the value.

Looking at the weather forecast it's pretty unlikely to be deep ground

There’s certainly some very promising Kingman’s around right now… talking of which, I was at Newmarket a couple of weeks ago when Laurel made here belated debut… was very taken with how she travelled and hit the line hard and looking forward to see her step up in class… would love to see her take up her entry in the Sun Chariot.
Thought my ante post on Laurel was dead and buried… initially taken out of the Sun Chariot but now being supplemented… 8s still a cracking e/w price imo

Do you think she'll be at 100% after running a couple of weeks before the race? She didn't seem to use too much energy last time out. Looks like she'll handle the Newmarket track too and I think enough improvement could be in hand to challenge the likes of Saffron Beach. Best prices 6/1 now but I think her starting price will be shorter.

It'd take a huge amount of improvement realistically
Going straight from novice to group 1 company is a huge step that horses almost never bridge
She was given an RPR of 114 last time
Saffron beach RPR 130
She's going to need to be exceptional to win this on her 3rd start

All fair points but I’ll be surprised if she’s not a fair few pounds ahead of her mark… Gosden not usually one to tilt at windmills is he and think the supplementary fee for a race she had an initial entry for is telling.
