Pricewise has put up Luxembourg and triple time

He is against native trail thinks he was physically ahead of the other 2yos and the rest will catch up and uses pinatubo as an example

I completely disagree with that comparison though personally, pinatubo was a small compact professional 2yo

Native trail was a big backwards gangly 2yo that took ages to get himself sorted. If he fills that frame he could be a monster. A big horse like him shouldn’t be beating the normal 2yo types really but he did on pure ability to my eye.

The national stakes for instance it took him an age to get himself organised but when he did he took off. In the dewhurst he was the first off the bit but when he got clear and the turbo spooled up he went clear with ease.

I’m on coroebus at a nice price so want him to win but the logic he used to dismiss native trail was wide of the mark imo.

This could go tits up but I've taken a position on Agave for the oaks, dam is a half sister to Enable trained by Andre Fabre, currently 3/3 after winning today relatively easily over 1m 2f so should handle the oaks trip comfortably provided she comes over which will probably will be the hard part

The French dont seem to cover over too much these days, likely because their prize money is better

Same connections have Raclette (running next weekend)… must be chance one of them comes over and I would say it’s most likely Raclette will stay at home?

I recall seeing some talk about Raclette at the rear of last season

Pretty sure Fabre said she was the best filly he's ever trained

Sky have Baaeed to go unbeaten at 10/1, surely that is good value? From the interviews with William Haggas he seemed hesitant to go up to 1 and a quarter miles so he'll be at 1 mile for most of the season until the juddmonte most likely and that division is really bad for old horses, his closest challengers would probably be the revenant if he comes across the pond and alcohol free if shes still in training

The rocket ship wins on his reappearance in usual fashion

Hard to fancy him for royal ascot though after such a poor run in the Nunthorpe last season

He did run well at Royal ascot the year before getting chinned on the line

Maybe he didnt travel over well last year before York

Hard to see him get beaten in the breeder's Cup though

Star Of India looks to me to be a horse with a lot of potential. Was very lazy on debut but got the job done nicely, quickening up in style when the penny dropped.
I think the 14s (PP/Betfair) for the French Guineas looks very fair, especially as would expect him to be short if he beats or gets close to Native Trail in the Craven. This has been the plan for him according to AOB Stable Tour. Have also had a saver (1/4 of my stake) on the English Guineas, as would imagine he could line up there if he did indeed beat Native Trail. I will also clearly back him on Wed as I just thought I saw something a bit special on debut.

Having a browse through the Arc market and Raclette 25/1 is vaguely tempting given the weight 3yo mares get and the pretty average group of older horses

Did me a favour in France needing all of the 1m7 1/2 furlongs of the prix Royal Oak

In fact he was only getting going again at the end

Will relish the 2m4f the only question is whether he is quite classy enough but I think il get a good run for my money if he lines up
Starting off in Yorkshire cup and being aimed for the Ascot Gold cup according to Ahead on the Flat. Trainer thinks he'll stay the trip
