Floating Artist would be my pick in a very difficult looking Ebor. Still a 4yo so could have more improvement in him. He’s been gelded since his run at Ascot. He’s one I’ve been following for a while and this might just have been the plan all along. Pondus also interesting if he travels over.

2.15 Royal Scimitar, form has been boosted by a couple behind him on his debut win.

If he does do the business, will be backing Line of Departure in the 4.50 who he narrowly beat on debut, has won twice since, once in a class 3 handicap at Ascot.

I said earlier I've been living off the form of the listed race Franconia won at Newbury in June, Cabaletta that day (who'd beaten Frankly Darling on debut) was just under 4l back in second went on to win a fillies listed race, also at Newbury, the third that day was a horse called Makawee (who was conceding 11lb) beaten 3l.
Makawee goes today (3.45) in an ultra competitive 2m handicap, the 40/1 on offer is an insult, I'm shocked she's not less than half that price.

          Darts also landed on:

          1.45 Arecibo e/w 6p 15/2
          2.15 Praise of Shadows e/w 10/1
          2.45 Subjectivist e/w 18/1
          3.15 Kameko e/w 5/1
          3.45 Makawee e/w 5p 40/1
          Blue Laureate e/w 5p 33/1
          4.20 Pink Sands e/w 4p 5/1
          4.50 Toussarak e/w 4p 12/1

          Good luck all

            1.45 - Lahore @ 14/1 EW, Hyperfocus @ 14/1 EW, Leodis Dream @ 50/1 EW (6 places)
            2.15 - Praise Of Shadows 11/1 WIN
            3.15 - Kameko @ 5/1 WIN

Really looking forward to the Juddmonte. Whist Ghaiyyath looks a bit of a beast, at the prices I am going to chance Kameko @ 5/1. Speed will be key today and Kameko shouldn't find Ghaiyyath too fast - hopefully he'll enjoy a stronger gallop more than the others, and hopefully he stays as well as his half-brother Roaring Lion. I was quite surprised to see him at 5/1 - lets hope he has more luck in running than at Goodwood.

I've also done the Cloudbridge, Mogul, Ghaiyyath treble which pays 18/1

I'll let it see what the rain is doing, but I'm using betfair's £20 offer on the 1:45 to back Mubaalegh at 44. And hey, if it wins I won't need that free bet hahaha

I really like Blue Laureate too Ista, big old price that one, especially given the prices of True Destiny & Rajinsky, whom it has close form ties with and is weighted to go close against them again.

To be fair CoD previous form can't always we taken as read, they're not always asked for their best efforts if you get my drift.
He was a definite trier last time but hit traffic in the Goodwood straight and was effectively pulled up, disappointing the handicapper hasn't taken a pound of two off but they thought he could go very close that day and this race doesn't look any harder.
Had a speculative play on the forecast too BL and Makawee...

No, of course not, but I suspect dropping back down to 2m will be right up his street also, looking at his two runs over that trip this season so far. I just think 2m 4f is too far for him at this level.

                        York’s great!

Had my stag doo there last year, tied in with the McMillan Charity race day they do every year.

Will just be watching today but Mogul does look overpriced at 2/1. Kameko will love the distance and the tow behind Ghaiyyth.
