Rewaayat is the one to beat in the consolation but likely to be short. Noticed Tommy G has snuck in at the bottom. 3rd last year on wrong side of track and gets in off 6 pound lower. Jim Goldie can’t buy a winner which is a concern but no doubting he’s well treated. North Wind is also of interest.

I don't think Oisin's ride on Starcat was great. He was on the outside of the pack turning for home and then decides to switch to the inside where he doesn't get a clear run!

11/2 or Rewaayat with Hills which I think is a good price. I've also backed Tommy G. His form in this race over the last 3 years is 312 so is clearly a race that he is aimed at.

Absolutely outstanding. Just watched the five minutes before the race and he was mad keen, even when it hit 100+ on the exchanges.
