  • Does anyone know if Came From The Dark is an intended runner in the Super Sprint next month?

I really like him for that race and the race on Champions Day but don't want to waste my money if he's got other targets. He's still in the Nunthorpe but would much prefer him at Haydock than York against Golden Pal.

I'm sure on Ed Walkers stable tour for the Ebor, he mentioned he may be put away for the season, or something similar.

Oli Bell and Fran Berry have spoken to some leading trainers prior to the Welcome To Yorkshire Ebor Festival, with Willie Mullins the latest video to drop.

      3m 20sec.

Draw stumps was the phrase. (probably)

Ffs. They must be mental, unless he's had a setback.

....Just watched it and he has. I better try and cash out!

            Ominous quote

Bookmakers Coral were among those impressed again by Baaeed, promoting him ahead of Palace Pier to be clear favourite at 7-4 (from 11-4) for next month's Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot.

Haggas confirmed that will be his end-of-season target, as long as he is showing the right signs on his return from France.

"If he runs again (this season), that'll be the race he'll run in," he said. But we'll see about that, we'll see how he is."

Edit: I can't cash out, so I'll put it down to a 'seemed like a good idea at the time' bet.

22/1 Win both the Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup

I don't follow Aussie racing and knew nothing about this horse until Friday night.

Ah ok thanks Pal… for what it’s worth I’ve been following this one for a while and think he’ll continue to improve as he steps up in trip… a dual Cup winner is overdue and IMO he has all the attributes but at the prices quoted now the Caulfield Cup appeals most.

Bit of money for both today into 7/2 and 2/1.
Also confirmed as Mishriffs target, skips Arc

                            • Perfect Power now into as short as 10s for the 2000G but still 25s with Ladbrokes and Corals for those who like him.

Richard Fahey quotes: 'We'll have a chat to the team, but we'll give him every chance to be a 2,000 Guineas horse next year.'

I've had a punt as he travels well without pulling and there is stamina on the dam side.

Will he train on and will he stay the mile are two big questions for me

Ardad didn't train on from 2 to 3 be interesting to see how his progeny develop
